  The Member representing Ukanafun/Oruk Anam Federal Constituency and Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Public Procurement, Rep. Unyime Idem, has successfully defended his dissertation, leading to the award of a Doctoral Degree (Ph.D) in Leadership and Strategic Studies from the Federal University, Lokoja, Kogi State.  Rep.
