Today, we celebrate a young man destined for greatness, a journalist whose brilliance shines through every stroke of his pen. To me, Kenworld Jumbo is no ordinary writer. He is a master craftsman, a wordsmith whose ink flows with intelligence, creativity, and the power to translate thoughts through skillfully woven words into discernible reality.  


With the gentle grace of his journalistic pen, Kenworld has the unparalleled ability to nurture an idea that seems like an acorn into a mighty oak-like intellectual piece. His writing genre simply builds, inspires, and transforms public opinions and private thinking. But, like the dual nature of fire, his pen does not only create—it devours evil. When Kendi or the people he loves and owes loyalty to are provoked or unjustly attacked, his pen wields a fiery sting, capable of shaking even the mightiest iroko tree to its roots.  


As Edward Bulwer-Lytton once declared, “The pen is mightier than the sword.” This truth is embodied in Kenworld’s life and work. His pen has become a powerful weapon of change, wielded with precision and purpose, proving that words can cut deeper than any blade and heal wounds no weapon could ever mend.  


Kenworld is obviously a man of duality. Like the Roman mythical Janus, the god with two faces, he has two sides. One is the face of peace, and the other, the face of war. Like the tropical African wild bee, he offers sweetness to those who treat him well, pouring out honey in abundance. However, if you trample on his rights, the same bee will sting you, causing your head to spin like a top. Beneath his sublime exterior lies a lionhearted courage that commands respect—a force that stands firm in the face of adversity.  


Indeed, his pen is mightier than the gun, swifter than a sword, and undoubtedly a tool of both creation and justice. His courage is inspiring, his prose is beautiful, and his spirit is undaunted.  


On this auspicious day, as the heavens and earth unite to celebrate your birth, may every one of your heart’s desires be fulfilled. May your path continue to shine brightly, and may your gifts bring light to the world.

A cold War has erupted between the Member representing Ukanafun in the State Assembly, Elder Emem Udom and the SA Humanitarian Services, Elder Nsikanabasi Umoekpo, over supervisorship nominee for Southern Afaha, Ward 10 in Ukanafun Local Government Area. MP Emem and Umoekpo are kinsmen from the same political Ward in Ukanafun. This reporter learned from multiple sources, that the SA Humanitarian Services, leveraging from his closeness to the Governor and SSG's office, has surreptitiously replaced the Nominee of the House Member, Mr. Enobong Oliver, with his Aide, Mr. Unen Abraham. The slot for the Supervisorship Nominee, this reporter further learned, was allotted by the party's leadership for the House Member, as applicable in other State Constituencies, but usurped by the SA Humanitarian Services, in a show of power.
