Gov. Eno Empowers Abak Federal Constituency with Life-Changing Initiatives Today



As promised, Governor Umo Eno’s visit to Abak federal constituency today, wasn’t just for a town-hall meeting, but also for empowerment. See details of the empowerment: 



📍178 ARISE FARMERS RECEIVE GRANTS: 

• 64 Farmers from Abak LGA 

• 58 Farmer from Etim Ekpo LGA 

• 56 farmers from Ika LGA 

all receiving 500k each 


📍ON TRADERS GRANT: 


A total number of 442 Traders selected from the 3 local government areas in Abak federal constituency receive in these categories: 

• Micro traders  received N150,000 

• Small Traders  received N3500,000

• Medium Traders - N700,000


📍6 PEOPLE RECEIVED N5 MILLION NAIRA EACH AS FOLLOWS:

Beneficiaries from Etim Ekpo LGA:

📍198 beneficiaries emerged for the Arise Equipment Scheme and accordingly will on Tuesday March 11, 2025 received different equipment for Tailoring, Shoemaking, Hair Styling, Welding, Vulcanizing, Tiling, Barbing, Laundry, Car Washing and Make-Up Artistry.

• 67 beneficiaries from Abak 

• 66 Beneficiaries from Etim Ekpo LGA 

• 65 Beneficiaries from Ika LGA

UKANAFUN MP, SA HUMANITARIAN SERVICES FIGHT DIRTY OVER SUPERVISORSHIP NOMINEE

A cold War has erupted between the Member representing Ukanafun in the State Assembly, Elder Emem Udom and the SA Humanitarian Services, Elder Nsikanabasi Umoekpo, over supervisorship nominee for Southern Afaha, Ward 10 in Ukanafun Local Government Area. MP Emem and Umoekpo are kinsmen from the same political Ward in Ukanafun. This reporter learned from multiple sources, that the SA Humanitarian Services, leveraging from his closeness to the Governor and SSG's office, has surreptitiously replaced the Nominee of the House Member, Mr. Enobong Oliver, with his Aide, Mr. Unen Abraham.
