Comrade Heritage Akan, the Treasurer of NANS, expressed sincere gratitude to the student leaders and stakeholders in Akwa Ibom State for their invaluable support and contributions during the campus tour. According to Comrade Heritage, their participation and engagement were crucial to the success of  educational initiatives in Akwa Ibom State in particular and Nigeria in general.

The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) tour here in Akwa Ibom is a significant step towards improving the educational experience for students in Akwa Ibom State.

Led by the Global President, H.E Comrade Olushola L Oladoja, NANS. This official tour of various campuses in the state aims at engagement with institutional leaders, students and key stakeholders to ascertain the academic standards ( educational quality ) in place and possible areas of improvement and collaboration in the various campuses so visited.

During the tour, the NANS team assessed the current state of infrastructure across the campuses, identifying areas that require improvement. This initiative allowed the association to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by students and institutions, ultimately informing their advocacy efforts.

Under Comrade Oladoja's strategic leadership, NANS is committed to addressing critical priorities in the educational sector,  which the association is advocating for. Ensuring students have access to high-quality education that prepares them for future challenges. Providing students with safe, well-equipped and conducive learning environments that foster academic excellence and addressing pressing issues that affect student well-being and academic performance.

The NANS campus tour marks the beginning of a new era of collaboration between the association, institutional leaders and stakeholders.  In her words "by working together, we can drive positive changes and improvement in the educational sector, ultimately benefiting students across Nigeria". She concluded.
