Okongko Charity Foundation Sponsors Another A'Ibomite for Varsity Masters Program

The Okongko Charity Foundation, a Canadian-based humanitarian organisation has again enrolled another brilliant Akwa Ibiomite into its education support scheme. The latest beneficiary of the scheme is Bill Nkantion, a young star whose sponsorship of his Masters degree program at the Akwa Ibom State University has been taken over by the Foundation.


Announcing the development, the Founder and financier of the Okongko Charity Foundation, Dr. Chris Okongko, said the foundation has taken over the sponsorship and responsibility for payment of the relevant fees that shall lead to the successful completion of the Master's program.


However to effect the development, the current session fee has been paid to the beneficiary on behalf of the Foundation by the African Representative, Mr. Daniel Ekanem.


Mr. Ekanem, flanked by the Media Consultant of the Foundation, Comrade Kendi Jumbo, while handing over the sponsorship details to the beneficiary, felicitated and charged him to be a good ambassador of the Foundation and come out atop at the end of the Program.


“By sheer grace and the benevolence of the Founder of the Okongko Charity Foundation, our Boss, Dr. Chris Okongko, you are now one of the beneficiaries of the Foundation's scholarship program for Akwa Ibomites. Therefore, I urge you to be studious and come out with flying colours at the end of the Programs. Congratulations!”, the African Representative maintained.


Responding after receiving the scholarship, the Beneficiary, Bill Nkantion, appreciated the Founder of the Okongko Charity Foundation for coming through for him. 


His letter of commendations read:

A cold War has erupted between the Member representing Ukanafun in the State Assembly, Elder Emem Udom and the SA Humanitarian Services, Elder Nsikanabasi Umoekpo, over supervisorship nominee for Southern Afaha, Ward 10 in Ukanafun Local Government Area.
